Host your next Outing or Tournament with Birch Creek!

Birch Creek Golf Club will be pleased to host your Tournament or Outing. We understand the need to have a well organized and managed day. Our staff will provide help with any of the following:

Scorecard and Scoresheet Preparation
Cart Nametags
Placement of Sponsor Signs
On Course Contest Set Up
Scoring the Event
Registration and Prize Tables
Format, Pairings, and Rules Planning
Prizes and/or Merchandise
Food, Drink and Social Planning

Events using Tee Times will be charged the lowest Daily Rate that applies during the times requested.

Shotgun starts are available Monday or Friday at 8:00am or 1:30pm.
(48 player minimum)

Monday or Friday morning start – $ 35 per person includes golf, cart, warm-up range bag
Monday or Friday afternoon start – $ 35 per person includes golf, cart, warm-up range bag

Full Day Shotgun Monday or Friday allows starting time other than above (100 PLAYER MINIMUM GUARANTEE)
$35 per person includes golf, cart, warm-up range bag
Full Day Shotgun includes 64 carts and 2 utility carts.

Additional carts are $35 per day (beverage carts $50/day)

Weekend/Holiday Shotgun start at 8:00am or 1:30pm. (48 player maximum)
Morning Start (back 9 holes) – $ 48 per person includes golf, cart, warm-up range bag
Afternoon Start (front 9 holes) – $ 48 per person includes golf, cart, warm-up range bag

All tournaments or outings other than Full Day must play in foursomes and use a playing format to insure pace of play, such as Scramble. We can help you organize this for efficient and fair competition.

Food, Soft Drink, and Adult Beverages
Birch Creek Golf Club can cater your event with a wide range of food and drink options.

Food choices range from Hot Dogs and Cold Cuts to Ribeye Steaks with many choices of side dishes and desserts. A wide variety of soft drinks are available. We have a full liquor license and provide premium beers from Anheuser-Busch and Miller. We can also provide mixed drinks. The food and drink portion of your costs may be from $5 to $30 per person depending on your preferences.

The food and drink choices are so numerous it is best to review this with your committee.

Please allow us to customize the day for the maximum enjoyment of your participants.

Birch Creek Golf Club will require a signed Event Contract and $200 deposit to hold a date.
All arrangements will be contained within that contract. Full payment is required on day of event.
